Appointments can be made Online or by phone during work hours.
Every effort will be made to accommodate your time and doctor preference.
If it is an emergency, please ring 000 for an ambulance.
The nearest public hospital Emergency 24/7 is Princess Alexandra Hospital, Ipswich Road, Woolloongabba.
Fees
We are a private billing practice so settlement of Doctor's fees at time of consultation is appreciated.
Additional costs will apply for Skin Cancer removals/excisions, Ingrown toenail wedge resections and other minor surgeries.
Communications
In an emergency please ring Triple Zero for an ambulance.
If doctor is with a patient, our Receptionist will take a message and Dr will ring you back when able.
If it is urgent, please ask to speak with Nurse.
Reminder system
Our practice is committed to preventative care. We may send you a reminder letter from time to time offering you preventative health services eg flu vaccine, blood tests, pap smear and health checks. If you do not wish to participate, please inform nurse.
Telephone interpreter service
If you require an interpreter please let our Receptionist know at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
